Our Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange

- Your full name and email address
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number along with detailed instructions on where to send your return. Returns without this authorization cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Items
Package your items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and ship to the address provided in your return instructions.
Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your returned items, our quality team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your package.

Refund Timeline
After your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, or JCB): 7-14 business days after processing
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after processing

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items and discounted products are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not for refund

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the hygiene and quality of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Caps & Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Knitwear with signs of wear or without original tags
- Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging and tags
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
International Returns
