Package your items securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your package to the address provided in your return instructions.
Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive your returned items, our quality team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your package.
